By using this website or purchasing from The Easier Club, you agree to the following terms.

Digital products

All products sold by The Easier Club are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, included files, paper sizes and compatibility information before purchasing.

Digital delivery

After successful payment, the purchased files or download link will be delivered electronically through the order-confirmation page or by email.

Customers must provide a valid email address and should check their spam, junk and promotions folders if the delivery email is not received.

Refunds

Because digital products are supplied electronically and cannot be returned, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the files or download link have been supplied.

If a file is incorrect, missing or defective, please contact theeasierclub@gmail.com with your order number so we can provide assistance or a replacement.

This does not affect any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Personal use

All products are supplied for personal and immediate-household use only.

Purchased files may not be copied, shared, forwarded, uploaded, resold, redistributed or used commercially. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its copyright, illustrations, characters, layouts or designs.

You may print the files multiple times for your own personal or immediate-household use.

Intellectual property

All products, illustrations, mascots, text, layouts, photographs and website content belong to The Easier Club or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Product appearance and compatibility

Printed colours and margins may vary depending on the screen, printer, ink, paper and printer settings used.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, products are supplied as non-editable printable PDF files. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have compatible software and equipment.

Limitation of liability

Our printables are general organisational resources. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, educational or other professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Easier Club will not be responsible for indirect losses resulting from the use or inability to use our website or digital products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
