All products sold by The Easier Club are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the files or download link have been supplied.

Please review the product description, file format and paper size carefully before purchasing.

If you receive an incorrect, missing or defective file, please contact us at theeasierclub@gmail.com with your order number. We will be happy to provide a replacement or help resolve the issue.

This policy does not affect any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
